- US Environmental Protection Agency: The AgSTAR Program
The AgSTAR Program is a voluntary effort jointly sponsored by the US-EPA, the US Dept. of Agriculture, and the US-DOE. The program encourages the use of methane recovery (biogas) technologies at confined animal feeding operations (CAFOs) that manage manure as liquids or slurries.
